🐛 Dependabot - Indexing issue with Tina

Describe the Bug

Over the past few weeks, we’ve observed an issue where Dependabot PRs consistently fail due to Tina indexing problems. Each time a Dependabot PR is created, the pipeline fails, requiring manual reindexing in TinaCloud before rerunning the build.

Steps to Reproduce

1 Wait for Dependabot to create a PR.
2 Observe the pipeline when the build starts.
3 Notice that the indexing step fails.
4 Manually reindex from TinaCloud and rerun the build to resolve the issue.

Expected Behavior
Tina indexing should automatically run for new PRs without requiring manual intervention. The build should complete successfully without needing to reindex through TinaCloud.
