Pain
As a user, I want to add a category for AI on the events page of ⭐ Tina.io so that I can categorize AI-related events appropriately.

Acceptance Criteria
A new category named 'AI' is added to the category dropdown on the events page.
The 'AI' category can be selected when adding or editing events.
The 'AI' category is displayed correctly on the events page.
