Cloud view on Sunstone

Description
There is now a cloud view in Sunstone that should be changed in order to simplify the process for the cloud users. The target of this view is to simplify the creation of vms for a non admin user.

Old Sunstone has a cloud view that we are going use as base to evolve this new cloud view.
