Update User Guide install instructions to use conda package

Currently, we direct users to clone the repo in order to install the alchemiscale client. Now that we have an alchemiscale-client conda-forge package, with minimal dependencies included, we should direct users to use this instead. We can include additional packages used in the user guide, such as openfe and feflow, as additional micromamba install calls.

We also need to update our instructions to omit perses and instead include feflow.
