Current state

Today, in order to get any help/support with the data import one needs to have an active/paid Azure Support plan (level: Standard or higher).

Desired state

Having a way to file data import-related issues without the need to have a contract/support plan would be preferred.

Reasoning: Especially in large organizations, it takes a long time to figure out the mechanics to get a support plan and the necessary permissions set up.
