Actual state

Pull request updated event does not trigger on all changes to a PR.

So currently there is no way to react to all changes to a PR, which limits the usefulness of this event drastically. For example, the event it not triggered when a label is added/removed to a PR.

Desired state

It should trigger when:

  • PR status changes
  • PR title changes
  • PR description changes
  • A label is added or removed from the PR
  • Additional reviewers are added or removed from the PR
  • Work Items are linked/unlinked with the PR
