The bot is not merging the file in the right order

The bot will merge the pdf in the order of receiving but this is actually not the right way of working because it should merge the pdf in the sent order. If a user tries to send 2 pdfs at the same time and the first is bigger than the second could happens that the second arrives before the first and the bot will merge the pdfs in reverse order!
