This documentation doesn't make it clear what the AAD_APP_OAUTH_AUTHORITY_HOST should be set to. I couldn't find any clear explanation for what this value should be or where it comes from. If I can't figure this out having worked at Microsoft for 15+ years then it's unlikely most external developers would be able to do so either. Please add clear explanation of this value + examples of what it should look like.

Copilot almost got it right:

Looks like the value should be https://login.microsoftonline.com for most cases (except for special clouds). Ideally, we should point to some Entra documentation that makes it clear what this host should be for the different clouds that Microsoft supports.
