[Bug]: Incorrect alert message on Confirmation screen while having high nonce transaction in Pending state

Describe the bug

The incorrect alert message on the Confirmation screen, which appears when there is a high nonce transaction in a Pending state, stating that This transaction won't go through until a previous transaction is complete. Learn how to cancel or speed up a transaction. This message is displayed in the case when there is Pending STX.
Transaction can be successfully submitted.

This issue is also present in RC 12.11.0.

Expected behavior

No alert message displayed

1. Start a tx with nonce +1
2. Start another transaction with the suggested nonce
3. Read the alert message in the Confirmation screen
