Improve the Nested Container dispose hook to run after Application_EndRequest

Currently, the nested container provided by StructureMapContainerPerRequestModule.Container will dispose of the nested container before event Application_EndRequest is executed. It is preferred that it is disposed after the event as the event may have code that will access the nested container.
