Incomplete List of Dependencies

I am currently in the process of getting Kimera-VIO to run on Windows.

I noticed that not only OpenCV is required, but also its optional "Contrib" modules (https://github.com/opencv/opencv_contrib).
Among other things, from the Contrib modules the "Viz" module is required, which in turn depends on VTK.

It would be good to list these things right upfront on the readme.md page.
