코드 변경 사항이 dev 브랜치에 푸시되거나, PR단계에서 자동으로 빌드 및 배포가 이루어지도록 설정하겠습니다
dev(개발섭) CI/CD 프로세스는 도커 + 깃헙액션을 이용해서 구축하겠습니다

✅ TODO

  • 도커 계정 생성 및 도커 레포 설정
  • 깃허브 액션 환경변수 추가
  • 도커 파일 생성
  • dev.yml 파일 생성
