I just installed this package via the backoffice GUI, and I see no trace of it in the UI for my user or as an admin of
other users/groups. I tried logging out and back in, too. ...Any ideas?

Currently all users need to through the settings and apply desired theme in order for it to take effect.
How can we set it by default for all admin users?
