Dynamic endpoints

By default Kaoto adds steps of the type:
- to:

When the user requires dynamic configuration, he needs to switch to dynamic endpoints:
- toD

There doesn't seem to be in Kaoto a configuration to allow for this switch.

The request is:

• Allow users to define dynamic steps
• When a dynamic step is define, show some sort of symbol in the step Icon that, or label, or some sort of indicator that clearly shows the step has a dynamic nature

One approach is #1618 for when you already have a to EIP added, and another one would be a component selector for empty toD and poll EIPs.
