Please describe the feature that you want to propose

After #1922, if the configuration panel is open and a step is added (updateEntitiesFromCamelResource), the configuration panel gets closed but the node selection status is kept, requiring a clicking two times to open it again.

The goal of this ticket is to keep the panel status during the updateEntitiesFromCamelResource process.

For this we need to have a mechanism to avoid recreating the Visual entities as much as possible.
