Please describe the task that needs to be done

The catalog has a few things we should improve...

  1. when adding a step to the canvas, the catalog modal popup is huge and overwhelming. It would be better to display it in the same dimension and position as the editor / canvas so it becomes less disruptive when showing it
  2. the labels on top of the catalog are working in AND mode but should actually work in OR mode
  3. the description of catalog items can be lengthy escpecially with Kamelets. We should define a shorter max length to display and add ... at the end after cutting it. The full description can then be displayed when opening the details view of a step in the catalog.
  4. The card layout is not uniform at all times. We should try to come up with fixed dimension. See below picture.
