Fetching during projection will re-fetch same source each time it's mapped #54

When the same source is used in multiple mappings and projection-time fetch is enabled for it, it will be fetched multiple times for each mapping.

Fetching the same source multiple times should be prevented within the same operation, or within a time threshold
