I am glad that this code can be of help to you. I am currently juggling with preparing and cleaning up the previous code and addressing erratic results. I will complete these codes soon and put them in this repository. Additionally, I'm going to create another repository specifically for the Mec environment and will include more details in it.

Thank you for your patience. I have successfully addressed the bugs that were causing issues with the simulated environment and algorithm convergence. After making the necessary adjustments, the algorithm now converges as expected. The new version of the QECO algorithm is now available and should work perfectly. QECO
