The first step towards rune magic, replacing wand magic with the rune RA that has the same functionality on its own and adding the other four primary runes.
Realign the rune magic scripts with current development
Disable any runes that are not the primary ones with a toggle
Add the new rune encyclopedia to the map and Terry
Add the location to find the primary rune puzzles to the game map
Add relevant tutorial and guidance to the magic tutorial NPC Terry Ogg
Add the hints for the rune puzzle locations to the planned hint giving book
Upon login convert player wand magic to fire magic, as wand magic is basically the effect of the rune RA.
Change RA to be an auto-casted rune as it is basically wand magic
Remove wand magic
Temporary targeting "fix"; allow standard range to be set and changed in grimoire for non-targeted casts
Rework magic resistance
Rework other calculations
