[BUG] Inert is not fully supported by Safari #1248

Describe the bug
https://webstatus.dev/features/inert shows Safari supporting inert "since 2022-05-16 in version 15.5". However, this is inconsistent with https://web-platform-dx.github.io/web-features-explorer/features/inert/ which shows Safari lacking support for both desktop and mobile.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://webstatus.dev/features/inert
Compare with https://web-platform-dx.github.io/web-features-explorer/features/inert/

Expected behavior
Safari should not appear to have full support for inert.
