[ENHANCEMENT] Add cache invalidation logic #1233

With us extending the TTL for the cache (#1222), we should provide a better experience by invalidating the cache when certain sources are updated.

When a cron job or a user updates some data, we should have a way to invalidate the cache instead of waiting for the TTL to run out.
