From a user experience (UX) perspective, improve the text formatting in the dropdown for the GEAR Navigation bar. Visually it's tough to see the difference between a header that can't be clicked (e.g. IT Strategy) and a report that can be clicked (e.g. IT Investments). What can we do to better distinguish the header text in that dropdown?
