Issues switching profiles with separate configs

Hello. I'm having an issue switching from one profile to another with separate configs.

I have two profiles, and I use some of the same mods for them, such as timespeed. Sometimes when I switch to another profile and launch the game, my mod configs will have been overwritten with the configs from the first profile that I was previously playing on and I have to reconfigure them. It's not happening every time and I can't pin down a pattern. On top of that, the settings for mods exclusive to the second profile got wiped and I also had to reconfigure those which hasn't happened before. I usually play on profile 1 so my profile 2 settings are usually the ones to get overwritten with profile 1s settings.

It will also tell me that there are unsaved config changes and if I want to save them every time I switch between profiles even if I change or launch nothing. Saying yes or no doesn't seem to have an effect on the above issue.

I have separate config options enabled in settings.
