[Suggestion] - Topsize min/max #803

We have a lot of player that create minizones that they never visit aggain

Is it possible to add a command like
/rp topsize min/max

The Result should show a loplist with multiple chat pages

When click on them you should get /rp info or teleporten to them.

The Table should be like

Name . owner - Size
Name . owner - Size
etc

depending if argument min or max is used the list should show to biggest and smallest zones in their top order

This would help us to detect these minizones and remove them more effectiv
