This uses Lunr 0.7 https://github.com/manastech/middleman-search

Has this PR from @sn3p (which got never merged)

This one uses Lunr 2.3 instead https://github.com/Notificare/middleman-search
Is implemented here: https://github.com/gerwitz/hans.gerwitz.com

Curious if you can get the 2.3 one to work. I tried it but had some issues.
