Banners placed cannot be removed at all

Describe the bug

I placed banners on a wall, only for them to be super bugged looking (its the model for banners that are placed on the ground) and I physically cannot mine them at all, but I can mine everything around them

To Reproduce

Probably place a banner

Expected behavior

I expected the banners to look normal and also be mineable
