[Bug] Armour Stand glitch

Describe the bug

Armour and head disappeared when the edit menu was used to add an item to equipment.
Items were not retrievable by clicking or breaking the stand either.

To Reproduce

Place armour and head on the armour stand, open the editing menu and click edit equipment, place item in the inventory place
I placed a banner.

Expected behavior

I expected the armour stand to display armour, head and banner

I saw the had been another ticket closed on this issue. I didn't see any explanation to what happened to the items or went wrong.

I just had this happen to me last night, although they didnt disappear immediately. After placing about 12 armor stands (with items both in hands and on head) I moved on to something else. I noticed about 30 min later the armor stands and items had disappeared
