Following onto the refactor from 0.3.0, there are a few paths that are better moved to the AsciiDocsy docs repo and not passed on to users.

assets/images/ should be moved to assets/images/theme, and this should be where users add their own theme-related images -- pretty much anything but content images.

I'll probably add more to this list soon.
