When CfPs are closed and the speakers decided, start to promote speakers and event on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Promote the event at least 1x/week on LinkedIn
Promote the event at least 1x/week on Twitter
Promote each speaker every other day until the event on LinkedIn
Promote each speaker every other day until the event on Twitter
