Introducing user-installable Bastion

You can now bring Bastion's Slash Commands into your direct messages, group chats, and even servers without Bastion. Some of you have already discovered this when clicking ➕ Add App from Bastion's profile, and you can also use this link. When Bastion is installed to your Discord account in this way, it will show up in the "Authorized Apps" section of your user settings. In any of your direct messages, group chats, and servers, you can start typing / to access Bastion's Slash Commands, or use the Apps & Commands button beside the text box. The locale for user-installed commands follows your Discord locale, and you can override the setting for Bastion with /locale-user. Custom emoji and inline search in a message with <> are currently unavailable in user-installable Bastion. Please let us know what you think of this expansion!

Additionally, the /metagame command has been added, which shows the most popular cards and top strategies in TCG/OCG tournaments and the Master Duel ranked ladder, as reported by YGOPRODECK. This command is currently English-only.
