Since at least 20:10 UTC, Bastion has been failing to respond to Slash Commands. This is due to a currently ongoing Discord outage: https://discordstatus.com/incidents/9qs9wg2y26s0
The requests are received by Bastion and Bastion sends its reply to Discord, but Discord responds to Bastion with 503 Service Unavailable.
