Two types of issues, with multiple instances each:

Too frew arguments to formatting function

Wrong type of arguments to formatting function

The PR has been merged into the develop branch earlier today as commit
raspberrypi/picotool@80be8bc

This means it will be fixed in the next release (v2.1.1) of picotool, reducing the CodeQL errors in every dependent project (including BusPirate Firmware). 🎉
