Feature Request: Public Dashboard

Last week I met with the new operations manager to discussion workstand features. A few days later I met with the development team to discuss. It was decided this might be currently out of scope, but a great future feature.

This feature would require #87 be completed first.

Similar to #87, this would be a new page, which displays information about what is happening at the shop. Specifically, how many people are in the shop, and if any volunteers are free. This could be useful as a visual shown on a secondary screen that folks waiting in line could see. Similar to that of a waiting room at a doctor's office. It would let members have a better idea of how busy it is.

Note: privacy is very important to keep in mind. We should not be displaying names of members or volunteers publicly, especially not full names. I would suggest abstracting names to either colors, emojis, or symbols.
