Right-click on any directory added here to call its context menu. In this menu, provide the options to either enable or disable the selected directory, i.e. to either include or exclude it from getting used when searching for track matches.
Alternatively, or even in addition to the above, add a new enable/disable button to the bottom row of buttons, providing option to either enable or disable the directory, through which actions the selected directories are either going to be included or excluded for reference when searching for track matches. Resize and space the buttons evenly when done.

The enabling and disabling of selected media directories as proposed in #191 provides distinct benefits when repairing the tracks of a kind, such as when a playlist consists of mp3 only, or FLAC only, tracks. Also refer to the comment here: #209 (comment)
