Index Error after install

Hi! I'm a bit new to python in general. But I hadn't had any trouble installing your PiCameraApp. Now with microVIEW, I'm getting an Index Error when running it the first time.

I'm using a Raspberry Pi 2b with module 1.3

It will open the app for a second and camera will display an image, but it will close out of all a second later. In terminal I get an index error. Please see the photo for details. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
