Description

I encountered a problem in the form of an error when installing the ‘Epic Online Service network services’.
Error code : EOS-ERR- 1603.Please tell us what the problem may be.Thank you

Steps to reproduce

On the EG support site, we are asked to install the .NET Framework 3.5,
although it has already been installed, when we try to reinstall it, the installer does not start, although a pop-up window is displayed about running as administrator.
