Description

I am having problems with my laptop, when it reaches a low battery percentage, for example 10, it becomes impossible to use, since it turns off suddenly even though it has remaining battery, even if I turn the laptop back on seconds later the same thing happens, just It is possible to use it by connecting it to the power until it reaches a number greater than 20, previously with Windows 10 I did not have this problem.

Steps to reproduce

The battery decreases to a point where the laptop turns off.

Expected behavior

I was hoping I could use the laptop until the battery was fully used.

Actual behavior

My laptop reaches 10% and turns off, when I restart the system the same thing happens.
